The AID Bank's Industrial Estates operation aims to provide affordable space to productive sector enterprises with goals of increasing production, job creation, export promotion, and foreign exchange generation, supporting the Government of Dominica's sustainable economic development objectives.
Operational Support
The Industrial Estates Department provides technical assistance to the Credit Department through construction supervision and property assessment during project appraisal and loan disbursement stages.
